The Harvey Norman Commercial Team are currently seeking a an administrative assistant in a part-time capacity (approximately 16 hours p/week), to support our growing commercial furniture team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of our commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Processing POs
  • Setting up templates
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Liaising with clients
  • Booking Goods in and out
  • Booking in installers and freight
  • Processing installer invoices
  • Processing freight invoices
  • Liaising with warehouse 

About you:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to mange multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using ordering systems (desired)
