About the Role

Are you the go-to person for friends and family when they need a new laptop or phone? Harvey Norman Ballina is looking for a tech-savvy, high-energy Sales Professional to join our Computer and Mobile Technology team.

This isn't just retail; it’s about connecting our Northern Rivers customers with the tools they need to work, learn, and play. From the latest AI-integrated laptops and gaming rigs to mobile solutions and home office setups, you’ll be providing first class customer service every time. 

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Selling: Consult with customers to find the right hardware, software, and mobile plans to suit their lifestyle.

• Tech Expert: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest releases for all the major brands and industry trends

• Achieve Results: Drive sales performance to meet individual and department targets. 
• Merchandising: You have a keen eye for detail and maintain the highest standards on the showroom
