Harvey Norman Moore Park is looking for a passionate customer and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to help us deliver Great Service, Always!

To be success you must:

• Be results driven and motivated
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Understand despatching and receiving processes
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff, whilst providing exceptional customer service to customers and internal teams

What we require:

• Prior experience in warehouse management
• Current Drivers Licence (essential)
• Current Forklift and Stock Pickers Licence (essential)
• A strong communicator - both verbal and written
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Detail-oriented and motivated
• The ability to effectively and efficiently operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering of staff, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
• Facilitate the timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including checking of delivery sheets and loading of trucks
• Committed to safety and WH&S procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
