We have an exciting opportunity at our Harvey Norman Commercial Stapylton office for a motivated and driven Full Time Sales Administration. You will be providing a strong level of support for our extensive sales team engaging in a variety of administrative duties and liaising over the phone and on a face-to-face level.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Posting Invoices
• Return Merchandise Authorization
• Stock Transfers
• Process direct deliveries
• Relief reception duties as required
• Other general clerical duties where required e.g. filing

The successful applicant will possess:
• Solid experience in an administrative capacity or retail office sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
• Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
• Thorough attention to detail
• Superior data entry accuracy with a key eye for detail
• A team player who can also work well unsupervised
• Punctuality and work commitment
• Intermediate computer skills
• Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
