What We're Looking For

• Have a passion for retail
• Passion for and good knowledge of the latest technology and entertainment products
• Highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Ability to work in a customer-focused retail business serving customers, while managing work tasks around their needs
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
