Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of Goods to project builders, developers and architects.
We currently have an exciting vacancy for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Nowra team as an Entry Level Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk - Greeting customers
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls
- Visitor enquiries/directing visitors
- Sorting and distribution of mail
- Estimating projects
- Involved with tender quoting process
- Assist customers and Reps on product information & technical advise
- Provide support for sales reps
- Confirm orders with customers
- Ordering stock from suppliers
- Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
- Enter orders into Great Plains
- Arrange return of goods if needed
- Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department
The successful applicant will possess:
• Good communication skills as you will be liaising with various people across the business
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude
• An ability to pick up processes and systems efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
