The Harvey Norman Maitland Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join their team.

Job Description:

As a Flooring Salesperson, you will assist our clients in finding the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses. You will have access to extensive knowledge of flooring materials, designs, and installation methods to assist you in your role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences while recommending suitable flooring options
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and specifications
• Collaborate with customers to create personalized flooring plans and designs
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless installation process
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organised showroom to showcase our flooring options including some manual stock rotation

What we require:

• Previous sales experience is preferred, however not required. We offer comprehensive training
• Interest in interior design and fashion is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Motivated individual with a positive and proactive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
