What You'll Be Doing

As an Administration Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts payable and reconciliations
• Banking
• Filing and other general administrative tasks
• Resolving customer and internal team members queries or complaints, and making decisions to maintain service excellence

What We're Looking For

• A passion for administrative work and retail
• Strong communications skills - both verbal and written
• High motivation and results-driven mindset
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience in accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and filing (preferred)
