Job Description

Establish and build new customer base and support existing customers

Responsibilities

• Promote Harvey Norman Commercial through customer contact
• Finalise quotations and send to clients for approval
• Seek sales and business opportunities for Harvey Norman commercial Division.
• Develop and communicate potential leads to other divisions within Harvey Norman Commercial.
• Establish and build relationships with key business targets and commercial customers.
• Provide a weekly update of business activities to Management
• Attend customer functions on a regular basis
• Be involved with supplier & HNC training
• Punctuality re: commencement of work.
• Communicate internally with other divisions and staff
• Assist customers and other HNC staff with product information & technical advice

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem solving skills
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• The ability to work in a busy team environment
• Intermediate computer skills
• Team commitment
