Harvey Norman Noarlunga SA is looking for an ICT Sales Representative to join our team based in Noarlunga SA to deliver Great Service, Always!

This is a full-time position

About the position

This is a specialised role within the store requiring the applicant to source new corporate and commercial clients to sell computer hardware and software. The role will involve managing client accounts, promoting and selling the range of computer software, hardware and associated products, delivery and installation and ensuring client satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Director.

The nature of this role requires high level engagement with Corporate/Commercial buyers and their Technology departments.

What we require:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Information technology, Information communication technology, business ICT, technology sales)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• A high level of Computer, Technology and Entertainment product knowledge
• An excellent sales track record with the ability to maximise sales
• Ability to service your clients while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy clients and timely accurate services.
• Passion to exceed sales targets
• Be an Australian citizen or be eligible to live and work in Australia.
