The Harvey Norman Oxley Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of making clients feel comfortable in your presence.

Our focus at Harvey Norman Flooring Oxley is to help every customer with flooring related solutions which best meets their budget and needs.

To be successful you must:
·  Have a passion for retail
·  Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
·  Be able to work independently solo as well as in a team environment.

What we require:
·  Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
·  An interest to learn about Flooring product knowledge such as Carpets, Timber floors and Vinyl tiles to support customer queries
·  A keen want to learn how to be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
·  Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
·  Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
·  Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
·  Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
·  Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
