Your Role

As a Bathroom & Tiles Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with homeowners, renovators, builders, designers, and tradespeople to help bring their projects to life.

You will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through to sale
• Build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Provide expert advice on bathroom, tile, tapware, vanity, and renovation solutions
• Create inspiring customer experiences and showroom presentations
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
• Drive sales performance and exceed individual targets
• Contribute positively to a high-performing and successful team

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• A genuine passion for sales and customer service
• Previous retail, showroom, or sales experience
• Bathroom, tiles, renovation, building, interior design, or related industry experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset
• The ability to confidently close sales and exceed targets
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work across retail trading hours, including late nights and weekends
