Our Harvey Norman Commercial Team is seeking a Claims Officer to join their team located in Laverton North!

Your key duties will include but not limited to:
- Raising and processing Purchase Return Orders (PROs)
- PROs sent to vendors as per their requirements to ensure goods are inspected, approved and collected/returned in a timely manner.
- Reconcile pending PROs regularly, following up with vendors to ensure outstanding are processed within terms
- Reporting updates to the Purchasing & Commercial Manager as required
- Maintaining a list of unallocated (excess) inventory stock
- Processing bulk PROs in conjunction with the warehouse and following established procedures.
- Maintaining the Excess Stock spreadsheet and managing its integrity
- Participate in stocktake twice yearly
The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:

- Excellent communication skills
- A great multi-tasker
- The ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers & internal staff
- A great team player
- A high attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace
- High learning agility and ability to work autonomously
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be highly regarded
