Stock Controller – Harvey Norman Commercial Division

We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory/Stock Controller to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects—both large and small. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a “can-do” attitude, will be key to achieving successful, on-budget outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers: raise purchase orders and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Run reports from SAP and analyse data in Excel to determine stock requirements.
• Conduct stocktakes, perform adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Transfer stock between sites and oversee aged/end-of-life products.
• Ensure efficient and reliable stock management processes.
• Collaborate closely with our warehouse team.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
