As a front-of-house customer service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing book-ins for repair jobs and faulty items.

Your friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills will be essential as you greet customers, assess their needs, and provide them with personalised support.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure returns and faulty goods are managed and actioned in a timely manner
• Process returns and faulty products correctly, coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits as needed
• Manage book-ins for repair jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with suppliers and repair agents to ensure prompt repairs or replacements for customers
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to address customer queries and concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Basic technical understanding of computers and mobile products
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently
• Retail experience is desirable
