We have an exciting opportunity at our Taren Point office for a motivated and driven Full Time Sales Consultant. You will play a pivotal role in developing a new customer base and servicing existing customers 

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Make Showroom appointments
• Product selection
• Prepare quotes and product proposals for clients
• Finalise quotes and send to clients for approval
• Liaise with suppliers, architects designers and builders
• attend product training with supplier and participate in trade nights when required
• Customer service calls

The successful applicant will possess:

• At least 2 years of experience or industry knowledge in plumbing products or electrical appliances.
• Sound experience in a sales capacity with a desire to build clientele and drive sales
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
• Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
• Thorough attention to detail
• Superior data entry accuracy with a key eye for detail
• A team player who can also work well unsupervised
• Punctuality and work commitment
• Intermediate computer skills especially Excel
• Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
• The ability to think outside the square
