About the Role

As a Showroom Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. You will provide expert advice, guide clients through product selections, and help bring their kitchen and bathroom projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering exceptional showroom experiences
• Assisting clients with kitchen and bathroom product selections
• Providing product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs
• Preparing quotes and following up on enquiries
• Working collaboratively with the wider sales and operations team

About You

• Previous sales experience, ideally within bathroom or kitchen sales (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, results-driven attitude
• An eye for design and attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
