We have a great opportunity at our Laverton North Warehouse for a motivated and driven Reverse Logistics Store Person, to join our team on a 12-month maternity coverage contract. There is possibility but no guarantee for turning this into a full-time position beyond the 12 months.

As a Reverse Logistics Store Person, you will be expected to be flexible in the department you’re working with, and your daily tasks.

Reverse Logistics

• Pick and receive stock using RF scanners
• Assess and process customer returns
• Prepare, wrap and palletise stock for return to vendors
• Collaborate with Returns and Claims Administration to ensure accurate processing
• Maintain documentation using Business Central, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

 The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations
• Current High Reach Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Strong reliability and punctuality, with availability between 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Experience using RF scanners (highly regarded)
• High attention to detail and a proactive, motivated approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including managing high-volume inboxes
• A positive “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards
