The Harvey Norman Preston Furniture Team is seeking a passionate, customer service manager to join them in delivering Great After- Service, Always! to their customers.
As a customer service manager, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful you must:
· Have a passion for retail
· Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
· Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:
· Ability to work in a customer focused, successful retail business.
· Ability to provide our customers with after-service support regarding in-store purchases.
· Ability to liase with suppliers and third parties in order to provide timely resolutions.
· Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving.
· Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
